My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff's service was exceptional, especially the reception and engineering teams, who were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, being easily accessible from Dubai and offering a beautiful view of the beach. However, at times, it could get noisy with families and children around. The dining experience was pleasant, although I wished for more variety in restaurant options. Overall, a great value for money experience with minor dining limitations.
The hotel offers a mix of city, partial sea view, and sea view rooms. While lacking some toiletries and glasses, the rooms are sanitized daily, providing a pleasant stay. The service staff, especially Virginia, Mia, Hayman, and Sudeep, are professional and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The location, with a quiet atmosphere and lovely mangrove views, is ideal for relaxation. The dining options, including a variety of grills and fresh unlimited pancakes, cater to different tastes.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with a sea view, though the atmosphere could be cozier. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it.
