My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff's service was exceptional, especially the reception and engineering teams, who were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, being easily accessible from Dubai and offering a beautiful view of the beach. However, at times, it could get noisy with families and children around. The dining experience was pleasant, although I wished for more variety in restaurant options. Overall, a great value for money experience with minor dining limitations.

The staff, especially Bahaa, the reception team, and the management, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their modern and new approach to service was truly outstanding.
